The second day , same problem happened again but this time I caught a big break. When I unplugged the external speaker or Headphone, the computer stopped crashing and worked fine.

It doesn’t support Sleep or Hibernate and has limited resolutions. Only in the rarest cases should it be kept as the only option.

That said, if any drivers pushed by Updates cause problems you can block them. Let’s try to find a better driver and I’ll also show you ways to work with the ones that are pushed before blocking them. Then you will know you’ve tried everything in addition to Windows Update drivers. System Restore is your first line of defense if Windows ever malfunctions as it can run even from recovery media to get you back before a problem started.

Nothing worked, just like you said in a rare case keep using Microsoft Basic DA, will ask Acer to write a new Driver for this Model, don’t know if they r going to do it or not, will keep you up to date and thanks again.

Leo, did you try everything I gave? Keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until the case is resolved. I really appreciate for your help and will keep you posted. In reply to LeoDao’s post on February 5, I will keep thing up to date in a few days, just testing the Computer out a bit. This could be sound or Display driver so focus on getting the latest from the manufacturer’s Support, or try other drivers or the other steps I gave to work with these existing drivers in my first post which all still apply.
